Since Outsourcing has become a global phenomenon, almost integral to the strategy of every major companies wishing to take advantage of the best possible resources available globally at the most cost effective prices, we have come up with two business models that would suite any company’s budget:

Per Project Basis or One Time applications – for this kind of arrangement, we will provide you a quote based on the number of man hours before we start the project. Although this is more expensive per hour than our other business model (discussed below), our desire to compete with the big guys and our high efficiency make our final price cheaper than the competition.

Per employee / long-term contracts – since technology is changing so fast that an organization will have to invest continuously in research and development, we prefer to get into long-term contracts with our clients. To stay on top of the value chain, one must automate all of its internal systems and update them regularly to promote efficiency and productivity. Especially for companies with products dependent on technology, development seem to be endless. Therefore, it would be cheaper (up to 70%) to hire and maintain here than there, a developer or a whole development team exclusively performing tasks you will assign.
